Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian is dating Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. And as their relationship intensifies, Kourtney is reportedly very happy with her new beau.
The two have been friends for years, and reportedly began dating in December. A source confided to E! that the road to romance was long and sometimes rocky. The source says Travis “always wanted to date her, but she would brush it off, and they continued to just have a friendship.”
But now that they are dating, the source says “their relationship is going strong, and Travis has been treating her like a queen. He wants to do everything with her and is so excited about the relationship. It’s going really well and Travis’s kids love Kourtney.”
Long story short? Kourtney is “really happy and is having a lot of fun,” the source says. “They are planning a few more getaways together in the next coming months. Kourt is also helping Travis on his wellness line, and he loves hearing her input on the project.”
Kourtney and Travis made their romance Instagram-official in February with an adorable picture where they are holding hands.
Recently, Kourtney posted photos showing she is in the studio with Travis and supporting his musical endeavors.
Kourtney’s newfound romance with Travis certainly puts a damper on any hopes that she and her ex-partner Scott Disick, with whom she shares three children, might get back together.
In a recent promo for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Scott seems to think he and Kourtney are destined to get back together. “Kourtney knows that eventually we’ll get married and live a good life,” he says.
The final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians premieres on March 18 at 8 p.m. ET on the E! network.
